MAGNOLIA ESTATES HOA

Magnolia  Estates is a beautiful gated and deed restricted, family oriented community located in the Trinity area, northwest of Tampa.  Our property is adjacent to the Anclote River which leads out to the Gulf of Mexico.

Most of the 190 homes in our subdivision either back up to one of the 7 lakes situated within the community, are on conservation land, or the duck slough.  We are just 4.5 miles from the beaches and also historic Tarpon Springs.  New Port Richey, which is only 2 miles, was once dubbed the Hollywood of the East.  Many notable actors built homes there.

Most homes are on a minimum of 1/3 acre lots and feature the latest in upgrades.  Magnolia Estates is closely located  to nearby shopping centers and are within 20 miles of the Suncoast Parkway and Interstate 75 which are gateways to the entire state of Florida.
